More Covid Truth and More Covid Lies.

The ‘establishment’ in the shape of the Time magazine is apparently lying straight out into the face of the world.

It’s unbelievable. Yep. But it seems certainly to be the way it is.

How come I’m still surprised?  When am I going to wake up?  I know, know, know they lied to me baldly and unashamedly and to this day unapologetically and without, to this day, any repercussions to them about ‘weapons of mass destruction’  and visited mass destruction on harmless men, women and children in the name of it…

I know.  We all know. So why be startled, disbelieving about this further evidence of iniquity?  I don’t know.

Censored By Reddit.

Come to think of it I’ve been censored by Reddit in the last week too.  ‘Too’ – I mean as well as the banning which of course is censorship by livescience.

Which I guess we now should call ‘liveantiscience’ .

No sooner finished posting about that and making a cup of coffee when I remembered my Reddit experience of a couple of days ago.

Equally invalid and vile, I think, oppressive ridiculous censorship by the self important moronicity.

I posted in a ‘statistics’ forum for a statistical appraisal of your chances of catching covid if you are in a population of 5 million and the incidence of fresh cases is running at about 10 persons per day.

Which is like Victoria, Australia, at this time.

They removed the post.

Something about it they don’t like and they didn’t tell me what or offer me a chance to fix it.

On previous occasions there and other places I’ve had posts moved over to a more appropriate venue; I guess we’ve all had that.

But this was just removed.  Like with liveantisience.

I dunno.  Because of the mention of ‘covid’?

That could be a reason for pricking up the ears.

And a robot could have done it.

But humans programmed the algorithm so why so abruptly rude and without recourse/explanation?

So Reddit has to go down in the little black book, too.

Interesting, eh?

Just got banned. :)

Just had a good time. Got banned from ‘live science’ if you know that site.

Some poster said that herd immunity doesn’t work.

I was silly enough to post back that it certainly does and is in fact the basis of vaccines.

Meaning that a vaccine works by making your system think it has the virus and mounting a defence without actually being exposed.

Whereas herd immunity is mounting a defence after actually being exposed.

In both cases the same thing: body mounting a defence to what it takes to be the virus.

Okay so far.

Then this typical self important smartarse has to weigh in with a non sequitur – i.e. he claims vaccines don’t cause millions of deaths.

Won’t get lost in debating the merits of that contention sufficient to note that it was additional, extraneous and apart from the subject at hand, uncalled for, unwanted and unwarranted.

He was just sticking his bib in because he’s one of that tribe that love doing that. They troll threads continually looking for somewhere to drop their crap and someone to have a shot at.

Because not satisfied with that he then has to go all ad hominem and suggest I should learn some immunology or bacteriology or something. Thereby creating the impression that he knows these sciences himself and is therefore superior and that I don’t know them (which is not a conclusion he can validly draw from the facts before him, you’ll note, I hope) and that I should therefore follow his direction, be instructed by him.

That’s the ‘lording over’ and the putting down that sort of person – if we can dignify them with the word ‘person’ – enjoys; in fact lives for.

So I was in a bit of an intolerant mood this morning and I launched into quite a dissertation. Well it began as a tirade I guess, nearly. Not quite the word but something similar. I informed him that those images of piles of dead in concentration camps came to my mind unbidden as I read his conceited and invalid interjection and that, equally unbidden, came the knowledge (?) that I’d happily throw his corpse on the top of the heap.

That gives some idea of how strongly the currents deep in my mind were running. Somewhat to my surprise. That’s easily the most vicious and nasty I’ve been in many years. Easily. Quite took me by surprise.

But then I moved on and wrote lots and lots of words spelling out some of the facts of the situation. Had a good time. It was good writing. I covered a lot and mentioned a lot of good stuff.

Can’t see it now, I think. I haven’t tried, I went to log in and was told I was banned. I suppose I could go there and merely observe but I’d imagine they’ll have removed the post.

I can’t imagine an outfit that sees fit to ban peremptorily like that – without a word of explanation or apology or a whisper of what avenues might be available to those who think they’ve been wrongly done by – would do any other than remove posts.

I’d say they quite clearly belong in the stable of censors, prohibitionists, art and monument destroyers, revisionists – liars, thieves and rogues. (Just threw that last bit in for fun 🙂 )

So that was good.

I find myself thinking. To my surprise. That’s only the second banning I’ve had in my life and the first time I was quite hurt. It was unjust. And in my conceit, the same as this time (my conceit doesn’t seem to diminish) I felt that the world (i.e. readers of that forum) were being deprived and they shouldn’t be. i.e. I’m not in favour of censorship at all.

I didn’t think I should be censored. Difference there. I’ve segued from the banning to the censorship without being aware of what I was doing. But we’re here now.

And that’s the main issue. Banning you can always get over. You simply log in as someone else. You only might feel ‘brand name hurt’ to coin a phrase. Your ego is hurt. You were building a rep and now you’re dead. Poor bugger me.

But that’s fairly irrelevant for it’s not even true. Unlike physical bodies your name, your rep, lives on after such a ‘death’, doesn’t it? Maybe driven underground, out of sight, for a while, maybe even for a long while. But it is not gone, it is not dead.

And in fact it is now in a better place for ‘that which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ – right?

And you’ve been instrumental in exposing a fraud. You uncovered some iniquity. Some philistines have been discovered masquerading, some ‘whited sepulchres’ identified.

It’s all good. For isn’t that, in the end, what it is all about? Identifying those poor souls that’ve lost their way so completely that they behave like that and still wallow and bask in their own self esteem?

We have to. We need to. It must be done. These people are spiritually identical with the Isis (Daesh) madmen who blew up and smashed down Buddhist monuments in between cutting the throats of what they took to be ‘western idolatrous monuments’, so to speak and that fact is amply demonstrated over in the USA right now today in the prevalence of destruction and damage and hatred being manifest in places like Portland Oregon, USA in the name of ‘justice’ and ‘principle’.

We need to find them and help them, fix them. Why? Why not just take arms against them and obliterate them?

Well that answer’s pretty obvious I think. That method doesn’t work. It’s like a virus. What they’ve got. It can be any of us, all of us, at any time. We can’t eradicate it by killing us all off. We individually need to mount an immune response against it.

We’re not going to find a miracle vaccine and an injection of 150grains of lead no matter how tempting as a ‘solution’ just isn’t going to do it.

That’s the ultimate form of censorship. That’s their sickness. Not our cure.

Covid, Chairman Dan, History.. (mine)..

Haven’t been here for a long time.  And a lot has happened.  Mainly Covid hysteria.

I’ve been mouthing off in all sorts of places.  Facebook, Twitter, Youtube comments…. wherever…  everywhere and anywhere.

Finally decided it’s time to pull my head in and keep it all to myself, so to speak.  In this 21st Century way, where you keep things to yourself in your blog or whatever and yet the whole world can see it if they wish.

I do all this mainly for myself. I imagine there’ll come a time in the future when I’ll look back on my life and enjoy scrolling through it.  So I make a record.

I’ve always done that, since before computers.  So I have a lot of memorabilia – otherwise known as ‘junk’.

Slowly I come to realise it really is mainly junk and will never ever be looked at even by myself.  My library won’t be read.  My movies won’t be watched.  My old progs won’t be rerun.  My scrap books will just be scrap.

So okay.  Don’t worry about it.  Just enjoy the doing.

And tidy it all up.  So that’s the plan.  Tidy it all up.

Means concentrate on this blog here and then nearly everything is in one place.  A big reputable place.  I should get full warning before it ever goes down unlike other blogs and such that I’ve had that have disappeared, out of reach, gone forever.  Compendiums of memorabilia in defunct email accounts for instance.  Recording interactions with friends and acquaintances,  govt and business… documenting part of my life…

Going to have to rely on the Akashic record which I daily grow more sure of.   🙂

Well now.  What prompted this?  Chairman Dan.

Mao Ze Dan.    He’s on the t.v. yet again peering myopically around and bemusing everyone with his complete otherworldliness.

So this time I caught only a little bit – well always I only catch a little bit, that’s all I hang in for, all I can stand – and this time he was saying that he knew people were getting:  ‘weary, fatigued, frustrated’  and he fully understood and sympathised.  And he went on to say that ‘we’ all knew in our hearts that ‘this thing’ is not over.

I suppose he meant by that to say that covid still exists but as I’ve observed before that makes no sense for covid will always exist.  So he must mean the covid measures are not over.  But that’s a conundrum for isn’t he talking about when/how soon they can dispense with the covid measures?  So he’s saying they’re not over because they’re not over and can’t be over because they’re not over?

But mainly the three:  ‘weary, fatigued, frustrated’.

He didn’t mention another three he could have well put in there:  ‘sick, dying, destroyed’  did he?

There’s people being killed by his measure.  There’s thousands being made sick.  There’s thousands having their whole lives be destroyed, all their hopes and dreams.

He doesn’t mention those I suppose because they are ‘the fallen’ and he’s addressing only those who are ‘still standing’.

Those still standing are merely emotionally distressed in some small measure:  they’re ‘weary’ and they ‘fatigued’ (bit of a tautology but it’s all efficient padding in a politician’s speech) and they’re ‘frustrated’.

Poor dears.

And yes, there’s some who’ve committed suicide but that’s their fault (maybe.. I’m a bit hard on those who won’t fight back against depressing and ego centred thoughts..  but I admit sometimes and some circumstances they need special consideration) and they don’t signify here.

And there’s some who’ve developed crippling diseases for want of care but they’re not really pertinent either.

And there’s some who just saw their efforts of years to build a business, a going concern, crash and burn and are now looking at bank loans needing repayment and no means of doing it.

And there’s those who spend the last months biting their fingernails down because they’ve no job and there’s only a government handout coming into the house.

And….  the list goes on and on…

But to chairman dan they don’t even register.

The casualties afforded by his measures.

In his efforts to avoid:  what?

He never spells it out what they’re seeking to avoid.

The death and injury notionally avoided.

Any more than they ever spell it out what their goal is.

It can only be, in logic, in common sense, to eradicate covid in the whole world.  Can’t it?

Because without world wide eradication by his logic our quarantine and our internal panic measures must persist.

But we know they can’t persist for we’ll die, the country will die.

So unless he wants the nation to die, which is madness, he must be aiming to eradicate Covid in the world. Which is madness.

Ringfencing without protection

Well they’re doing it in Victoria – isolating outbreaks and dealing with them as ‘hotspots’ while letting the rest of the State return to normal and – what’s most important – full, effective, potent functioning.

The thing is, always was, the lockdown tactic crippled the State ostensibly in order to protect it.

Easily seen, or more easily seen, perhaps, by thinking of it as a miitary attack by paratroopers.

To make the analogy more exact perhaps paratroopers armed with insidious anti government propaganda so’s you’re not just frightened of the paratroopers but you’re frightened of them spreading their creed, undermining your nation, your government that way.

That’s the sort of thing places like China and North Korea are frightened of so it’s quite realistic really.

So imagine it; there they are, parachuting in here and there, destroying and spreading their infectious creed. What’s the Army going to do? How is the Army going to deal with it?

By ordering everyone in the nation to stand still, stay in place, don’t move – most important – don’t work ! ? By bringing the nation to a standstill. By destroying businesses by the thousand. By destroying gainful employment, jobs, by the thousands and diminishing the nation’s available wealth?

Nonsense. Total nonsense. The Army would do nothing like that. Quite the opposite it would want the nation going into top gear, working and interacting as never before.

And it would isolate outbreaks and ‘ring fence’ them just as Victoria is doing now.

And outside of that fence there’d be intense scurrying activity as when a thousand ants congregate around a morsel on the ground or as white blood cells congregate around infection.

Activity would increase everywhere.

And the activity would penetrate the ring fenced areas of infection and bring to bear all appropriate measure to fight back and control the situation.

Such as: to drop the analogy and get to the point – isolating and protecting the elderly and infirm. Which action by itself would reduce the expected mortality rate by 80% (given that they’re not isolated and grouped together with the infection in their midst. Surely that doesn’t need saying? But it does. That is exactly what they did in New York and other places – virtually deliberately infected closely packed groups of highly susceptible individuals. No. Don’t do that. )

And therefore – reduce by 80% – that’s a major and most important step. But I hear no mention of it after an hour or so of listening and watching coverage (which is incessant) of the Victorian actions.

The corollary of the 80% reduction, of course, is that the threat to the rest is much reduced and that’s a great psychological benefit and practical benefit in consideration of physical measures that ought to be taken.

Four Covid Choices/Paths

Seems to me there’s only four ways:

  1. The natural way: we all get Covid until herd immunity develops.
  2. The science way: we wait for a vaccine.
  3. The prayerful way: we pray for it to go away of itself.
  4. The hideaway: we ‘lockdown’ and hide until our civilisation dies. (also known as the ‘dieaway’)

We are currently – in Australia – devoted and committed to the fourth way, I think, that’s right isn’t it?

And while we are slowly dying there’s of course many who pray for it to go away and others who pray for the scientists to get a move on.

But generally we are committed to ‘hideaway’ and ‘dieaway’ as witness the recent events in Victoria where some Covid was detected and immediately there’s lockdowns and panics left right and centre.

Lets look at the four ‘ways’. Starting with the last first:

4. The hideaway/dieaway: Originally adopted as a way of slowing admissions to clinics and hospitals so’s the medical infrastructure would be able to cope it has morphed, unspoken and undeclared into a system seen as ‘fighting’ the virus and ‘beating’ the virus and keeping Australia virus free.

Hence the panic when there’s a case found. No cause for panic in the original scheme – quite the opposite, cases were meant to be continual and current and fed into the system in manageable stream. No cause for panic there if a case is found. It is expected.

But now it’s a cause for panic because it means the system isn’t achieving this undeclared objective: freeing Australia of the virus.

And it costs: in human lives, in human suffering, in collapse of our economy in the wide sense, meaning every part of the nation is in danger of rusting away.

3. The science way. This may work or it may not. In 50 years they’ve never managed to make a vaccine for the common cold, which is a corona virus. And as with the flu a vaccine may well turn out to be specific for only one strain and require a remake every year and even perhaps for every location.

2. The prayerful way. Nice if it works. Some viruses seem to ‘disappear’ in the warm months: flu for instance. But they haven’t gone away. They just don’t flourish well enough to cause symptoms. It seems very unlikely this will ‘go away’.

  1. Suffer the virus and let it run until herd immunity is reached.

This is the one thing totally abhorred, that they want to avoid at all costs, this is the fearsome monster the world is deathly frightened of to where it will happily freeze into place slowly die in place rather than have happen.

But they never tell us exactly what the threat is. We glean bits of information by dribs and drabs, a little here a little there. And we have to thread our way through the misinformation, the misdirection. Like ‘authoritative’ sites informing us that there’s, say, 8 million cases and half a million death.

They don’t say it, they leave it for you to figure out, but that’s a 6.25% death rate isn’t it?

Certainly would be a fearsome thing if that were true. But it is not true. Not even the wildest establishment mouthpieces claim anything like that any more.

Realistically death rates are estimated/calculated to be a median of 0.26%.

And the virus does not spread to the total population but is calculated to only spread to less than 50%.

Australia: 25,000,000 people.

50% = 12,500,000

0.26% OF 12,500,000 = 32,500

32,500 deaths if the virus ran wild in Australia and treatments don’t improve.

But: Dr John Ioannidis says the deaths are so heavily weighted towards the elderly and infirm that in Switzerland, for instance, only 2.5% of the deaths were under the age of 60.

And 69% of the deaths were over the age of 80.

So that if the elderly were protected by quarantine for a month while the virus spread then the expected death toll would be 31% of 32,500.

And that is: 10,075

Most of whom would be between 60 and 80 years old.

2.5% of the deaths being below 60. That is: 812.

So there’d be 9263 deaths between the age of 60 and 80.

And the more of the elderly you protect the more you lower the death rate.

So that’s what the real situation is. That’s the monster.

The size of that monster has to be measured against the size of the monster we’ve made for ourselves with our ‘stop the world’ policy.

There’s deaths occurring because of the policy, directly attributable to the policy.

There’s much suffering and hardship.

There’s damage to the nation itself in these economic, real life, workaday terms.

And there’s the fact that many of the casualties of Covid would be casualties anyway, if not of Covid then of pneumonia or some other such fatal illness they may have.

So it is hard to weigh it up.

But it sure seems certain that it ought to be weighed up. Match that monster against our own home grown monster.

To decide if we should continue.

And I wouldn’t be at all surprised if most didn’t decide out of sheer sympathy and humanity that we should continue. In order to save those possible 32,000 lives, or 10,000 lives, or whatever it ends up being after taking all measures to save as many as we could.

Because it sure seems terrible to say let it be: let them die, let the virus claim them if it will.

But at the end there’s this one last factor to remember: the virus will not go away. They don’t. So the slow death lockdown has to continue forever as best we know.

Australia has to remain quarantined and with the nation in suspended animation right into the foreseeable future if we don’t let the virus in.

Unless. Unless there’s a third way. Perhaps we could have the best border controls we can manage – and within the country go on with life as normal but being ready at any time to spring into action and quarantine and deal with areas of infection if they happen.

Contain new sources. Stop them spreading widely.

Is that possible? And if it is why not do that now?

And maybe that’s what’s going on in Victoria.

They’re practicing to see if this ‘third way’ is going to be viable.

Who knows – perhaps they even knowingly let the infection in just to make for a live test.

I wouldn’t put anything past them. There’s not many of us would these days, is there.
